Anand Chandra Swain is an Advocate in Supreme Court of India with over 25 years of wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in corporate law, constitutional law, banking, real estate, mining, consumer, labour & industrial Laws, arbitration, environmental, criminal law and service matters. His work experience ranges across various industry sectors including financial institutions, manufacturing, real estate and infrastructure, mining, public sector companies and private sector entities.
He has been engaged by leading Indian banks and financial institutions and other reputed corporate entities on various contentious and complex matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, amalgamation, liquidation, and taxation.
Licensed to act as Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in the year 2017 by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), he has considerable experience in resolution and adjudication in banking corporate debt, corporate insolvency and restructuring and securitization.
He is actively appearing before Supreme Court, High Courts, CLB (now NCLT,NCLAT) BIFR,AAIFR,DRT and DRAT.
